3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound solid form cheese
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together butter, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix in baking powder and rosemary. Fold in cheese and flour mixture. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together pecans and remaining 1/2 cup of flour, and press mixture into bottom of pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
