6 slices bacon
6 slices Swiss cheese, sliced
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan. Drain grease and set aside.
In a small bowl, drizzle mayonnaise over the bacon. Stir mayonnaise with bacon grease to form a thin coating. Season with mayonnaise mixture, dry mustard, Italian seasoning, salt, oregano, basil and salt.
Place zucchini slices in the skillet with the bacon grease. Cook over medium high heat until zucchini are lightly browned. Serve hot or cold.
