2 cups farina
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dairy
1 1/2 cups chopped almonds
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup chopped chocolate nuts
In a medium bowl, stir strawberries, orange sherbet, orange slice and pecans. Mix well. Pour into glass or plastic container; refrigerate for about 24 hours.
In a heavy saucepan, heat butter and water to boiling. Stir in sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, almonds, milk, margarine, vanilla extract and pecans. Heat slightly over medium heat, stirring just until heated through. Serve over white pudding.
