1 (2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup milk
1 3/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
In a large bowl, mix pudding mix, chocolate pudding mix and cocoa powder.
Stir milk into pudding mixture. Stir in oats and vanilla. Fold into pudding mixture until evenly distributed. Spoon mixture into greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans.
Bake in preheated 400 degree F (200 degree C) oven for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
