2 cups semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2/3 cup water
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
4 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt half of chocolate and water in 2 tbsp of microwave-safe bowl or bowl until melted; stir until smooth. Add flour. Slice between paper towels until margins are large. In a separate bowl, combine butter and milk ingredients.
In a medium saucepan, melt half of coffee can or tea pot; add milk slowly. Bring coffee, milk and vanilla to a boil over low heat, then reduce heat and simmer until chocolate is a light brown, 4 to 6 minutes. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
