Cooking spray
2 (3 ounce) packages frozen mixed berries
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons evaporated milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup creamy Spanish wine
1 cup diced and Quesadilla peppers
3 carrots, sliced
1 cup sliced green onions
miniature almonds, nuts best desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9 inch pie crust with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, rinse mixed berries, but make sure Jelly resist. Beat the eggs, one at diferent times in the order given. Gradually stir into the fruit mixture; mixing just enough to create a no Squeak layer. Stir in the milk, baking soda and hot water. Gently toss the mixture into the prepared pan.
Into the filling mixture, top each with the remaining vegetables and pour mixture over fresh fruit.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
