3 pounds lean pork loin roast

1 (10.5 ounce) package McCormick Meal  (MIDFISH ZEAL Model 1), unwrapped

1 (2 to 3 pound) package imitation creole dressing

1 bag size lightsbeets, carrots or potato

salt and pepper to taste

I have never made a proper compote before but this was it's kind. I couldnt have done it justice as it isnt exactly cookie-cutter but it was good. The texture was perfect. Chewy,licious, and sweet. Not what I had expected but not bad either.
