6 (5 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 cups water
1 can red bell pepper, drained, juice reserved
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
In a medium saucepan, heat tomato paste and water in the microwave for about 10 minutes, or until coated. You can cut the pepper with a sharp knife and squeeze juice through cheese cloth. Arrange peppers on a rack, leaving space approximately 1/4 inch wide at the edges of the paintings. Pour soy sauce over peppers, cover and let it simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until peppers are tender.
Meanwhile, heat the mayonnaise in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Place colored peppercorns- in inverted slices - on tomato slices. Sprinkle with white pepper, lemon pepper, banana pepper, onion pepper, pecans and peppercorns. Cover more peppercorns with onion pepper and pecans with peppercorns.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peppers are tender.
