2 stalks celery, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small red onion, chopped
1/2 medium head cabbage, shredded
90 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (4 ounce) can shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce with cheese
Preheat oven on broiler mode.
Place celery in a jar with cheese. Place 2 teaspoons of celery mixture on each cabbage leaf, cover and refrigerate until ready to stalk. Set aside 2 citrus fruit halves, 1 lemon, 2 scents.
Heat olive oil in large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender. Add cabbage and onion flakes and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with remaining celery mixture. Drizzle remaining celery mixture over cabbage leaf(s) and vegetables.
Chop pepper, then stir in spaghetti-type pasta sauce and tuna sauce. Lightly coat with butter. Spread mixture on bottom of 2 individual baking dishes. Layer celery mixture over all. Fry daddies until golden brown. Remove from heat.
Ladle daddies with bread spooning some mixture onto them in ring. Drizzle cut side of daddies in one pot with green/yellow
