1 (14 ounce) can frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant lemonade mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, divided
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb pie crust
In a large bowl, combine mixed berries, lemonade mix, cream cheese, lemon cream cheese mixture and eggs; beat until smooth. Stir in the lemon marinade mixture, and mix until well blended. Chill in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake pie in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until pastry is golden brown in center. Serve warm or cold.
