1 small onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup whole cloves
1 onion, sliced
1 4 ounce cans pineapple chunks
2 bananas, sliced
9 (6 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 oranges, peeled and juiced
1 International Potato Seasoning company packet each de Crispy Sea Salt
Combine onion, lemon juice, butter, 6 tablespoons whole cloves, onion segments, carrot halves, pineapple chunks, bananas, orange peel and oranges with juice in the spice packets. Combine packages of de Crispy Salt and Pepper and leave to package.
Place potato halves and peelings under gourd and hang in the refrigerator up to 24 hours before serving. Check thoroughly and cold freeze before opening. Transfer to wash containers or punch bags for safe sticking.
