2 stalks celery, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon dried parsley
In a medium bowl, mix celery, onion, tomato, flour, salt, butter, egg, parsley and Parmesan cheese until well blended. Pour into a serving bowl. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
