2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
Mix the lemon juice, cornstarch, ground black pepper and honey into a glass or plastic bowl. Set aside the following instructions: Fold turkey into aluminum foil so foil does not leak out of bottom of plastic bag. Coat well with cornstarch mixture.
Preheat the oven with 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place about 2 inches thick slices inside foil-lined pans.
Bake for 35 minutes or until juices run clear.

Remove aluminum foil from pan, open foil, and place on two metal racks. Brush sauce and stuffing with cornstarch mixture to well coat; Cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
