3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons powdered garlic powder
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons tomato paste
5 ounces chopped pork belly
Heat the vegetable oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Mix in the garlic powder, honey, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Stir constantly for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
In a medium bowl, mix the tomato paste with the brown mustard. Mix firmly, then stir in the pork belly and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a small mixing bowl.
