3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup milk
3 cups orange juice
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (12 ounce) can sliced strawberries, drained with liquid reserved juice
Combine sugar and brown sugar in small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH power for 1 minute or until sugar mixture bubbles, stirring constantly. Sprinkle lemon zest over sugar mixture.
Mix lemon juice and lemon zest into lemon-lime soda to make strawberry glaze. Spoon mixture into shallow 9x13-inch glass dish, making sure that each layer of fruit is at least 2 inches thick.
Drain orange-orange liquid from orange juice into orange glaze. Stir orange juice into raspberry glaze. Drizzle over fruit. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate until serving time.
