4 1/2 cups whole milk
1 (23 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (32 ounce) can refried beans with tomato juice
1 (16 ounce) can sweet corn
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (12 ounce) can black beans with meat
1/2 onion, chopped
10 tablespoons margarine
Place whole milk in a large bowl, and sprinkle mushrooms with butter or margarine. Put cheese pan on low heat; remove plastic wrap. Allow milk to heat. Add flour, salt, and milk. Stir mixture several times to coat; continue stirring for about 1 minute or until smooth.
Place chunky franks in the bottom of a plastic sandwich bag; microwave on low heat until blanched. Stir frequently until heated through, about 5 minutes. Transfer to plates.
