1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup margarine, melted and cooled
5 tablespoons marshmallow creme
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease two 9x13 inch baking pans.
Mix 1 cup melted butter with 1 cup white sugar. Beat in eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix in flour, baking powder and margarine. Stir in marshmallow creme.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in marshmallow creme.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until firm and just digging in. Serve warm or at room temperature.
