1 (15 ounce) can pineapple, drained
1 cup pineapple juice
1 (6 ounce) can sliced peaches
1 (2.5 ounce) can sliced dates
1 (2 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
1 (1.5 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 lemon squash
1 (5 ounce) can sliced almonds
In a medium bowl, mix pineapple, pineapple juice, peaches, dates and lemon gelatin. Stir until well blended. Pour mixture into a plastic bowl and refrigerate overnight.
That evening, in a large glass bowl, combine lemon gelatin, pudding mix and lemon squash. Pour and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, place 1/2 cup pineapple squirt in a spoonful and mix in eggs and pineapple mixture. Add sliced almonds and mix well.
