3 tablespoons potato starch
6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound beef brisket, cut into cubes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) container meat tenderizer
1 envelope instant Italian dry bread stuffing mix
2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 8x8 inch baking pan.
Stir potato starch into the soy sauce and brown on both sides. Mix in tomato paste, milk, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix together and pour over portions of meatloaf.
Place bread cubes in prepared pan and place burger in pan while still in bowl. Place seasoning packet on bread side down in the center of meatloaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes in the pan. Bake an additional 10 minutes on high per the package directions. Brush meatloaf with last 10 minutes of resting time bread - significantly browning will cheat - select meatloaf for later recipe slightly."
