4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cups water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 (10.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chicken noodle soup mix
1/2 cup Italian-style diced tomatoes, with juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker on hour 20 (5 minutes).
In a medium bowl, mix water, oil, chicken broth, tomatoes, noodles, soup mix, egg noodles, oregano, basil and dried basil. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours (or on medium for 3 hours, for a dinner that will be even more delicious!)
