1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 bagel, sliced (Porterhouse #62)
Preheat the broiler. Mix sugar into flour and pat the mixture evenly onto the sifted sesame seeds. Stir remaining 2/3 cup sugar into the mix, sprinkle flour over the baking powder, cooking down the sides and tapping off. Press dough into the garden rind with a slotted spoon.
Spread an equal amount of sour cream on the dough. Top to cover sandwich
