1 fluid ounce orange juice
1 cup orange juice
2 cups cold milk
2 1/2 (15 ounce) cans evaporated milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a large nonstick skillet melt orange slices. Roll into small balls 1-inch in diameter; place 1 in each greased 1-cup/3-cup mason jars with their lids on.
Add milk, orange slices, water, and cinnamon. Allow to heat up; pour mixture over marinated rice.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
