1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 pounds marshmallow creme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped peaches
1 (180.25 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9x5 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, vanilla extract and sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the marshmallow creme and salt. Beat in peaches and pineapple, one at a time. Fill each loaf pan with 1/2 inch of batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks.
