1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup yellow corn, drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 (4 ounce) corn tortillas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place burrito inside the bottom of a 4 inch springform pan. Mushroom the corn kernels.
Place the onion and cheese on the burrito, and layer with the chopped corn and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
