6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup white wine
2 cups water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast halves
Heat oil in large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and let cool slightly.
Remove chicken from pan, discarding skin. When chicken is cool enough to handle, peel and slice into pieces. Place chicken pieces in a large resealable plastic bag. Add water, wine and salt and pepper to pan through cap. Let sit overnight to soak up moisture.
While chicken is soaking, beat chicken through medium bowl.
