2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt, divided
1 teaspoon paprika pepper
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 pound beef steaks
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine vinegar, oil, paprika, sea salt, paprika pepper, ginger and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
Stir all ingredients into beef steaks. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover saucepan and boil for 1 1/2 hours, stirring in steaks. Remove steaks from saucepan and cool.
