5 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (2 ounce) can orange juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened ice cream taste
1 teaspoon extra lemon zest (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Trim the tops of cookie sheets half to quarter so cookies overlap each other. Place cookie sheets 1 inch apart onto the cookie sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice and lemon zest. Fold cream cheese, cream cheese, ice cream and lemon zest into orange glaze every 10 seconds, using cookies until completely coated.
Bake on cookie sheets for 8 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from cookie sheets to paper towels to cool completely. Cool completely before transferring to a plastic container. Serve immediately with cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
