2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 small onion, sliced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 pound salmon steaks
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Saute Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onion salt, garlic powder, onion slice, and sugar for about 10 minutes.
Stir salmon in oil; pour Worcestershire sauce mixture over salmon and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Place steaks in steamer and reduce heat to medium. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from skillet and allow to cool. Chop roast meat and drizzle with Worcestershire sauce mixture. Grill salmon cut side up in hot skillet for about 15 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in center of a salmon; remove from pan. Place steaks in steamer and lower lid onto grill rack. Broil salmon for up to 20 minutes in a single layer.
