1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1 (8 ounce) package taco sauce mix
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans
1 (2.5 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
1 (8 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cover, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove chicken from oven, and let cool completely.
In a large bowl, mix taco sauce, beans, taco seasoning, and cheese. Stir well.
Layer chicken onto baking sheet, and sprinkle with olives.
Bake egg in preheated oven for 5 minutes, until egg is yolky.
