1 pound sole and wing steak
1 cup water
1 tablespoon anise extract
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 dash ground garlic salt
1 (10 ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
4 squares white bison steak
Place steak in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add water, anise extract, garlic, molasses, parsley, onion powder, garlic salt and tomato paste. Sprinkle with additional tomato paste in pan.
Reduce heat to medium low; cover and simmer 7 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with bison. Cover, reduce heat to low temperature, and simmer 5 minutes longer. Discard 1/2 cup tomatoes. Stir in bison paste. Cook 8 to 10 minutes more, or until cooked through.
