1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
8 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 teaspoons almond extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl, cream butter, eggs and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the brown sugar mixture and milk. Mix in the pecans, flour and honey until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until cookies are set. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool on wire racks.
