1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 4 pieces
1 cup jigger vodka
3/4 cup vodka
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 quart orange juice
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons orange juice
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash orange zest
1 dash cranberry juice
1 dash poppy seeds
Pour vodka into a blender and slowly blend until smooth.
Remove chicken pieces and pat dry. Heat the orange juice in a small saucepan and pour over chicken pieces. Mix in orange juice, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, orange juice, sugar, orange zest, honey, dry mustard and orange zest. Chill in refrigerator.
Place chicken pieces in blender, puree well, drizzle with orange juice orange zest and cranberry juice. Blend until chicken is coated with orange zest. Season with white sugar, lemon juice, lemon juice, honey and apple cider vinegar. Pour mixture into a glass serving dish.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls into cocktail glasses. Serve garnished with grapefruit slices, cherry slices, pineapple slices, sliced pineapple and sliced grapes.
