Lamb's Cutaway Recipe

Ingredients

4 cloves garlic, pressed

6 lamb chops, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1/2 form potato mix

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped celery

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 4x4 inch loaf pan.

Place lamb chops on a medium baking sheet, and let rise overnight.

Slice lamb cubes into 1/4 inch slices. Lay them onto the bread (do not crack or dent), and trim. Transfer to the center of the loaf pan.

Layer the potatoes, onions, green bell pepper, celery and oregano over the lamb cubes. Spread the cheese over the vegetables.

Bake uncovered for 75 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until lemon-colored.
