1 1/2 chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, water, lemon juice, milk and lemon zest. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place chicken cubes in skillet and cook, turning frequently, for 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet and place in a serving dish. Mix lemon juice and lemon zest and pour over chicken in pan. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
