1 cup diced celery
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
5 slices bacon
In a medium saucepan, combine celery, onion, chicken broth, water, paprika, parsley, onion, and bacon. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in individual bowls.
