1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 black Amazon leaf
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 (12 ounce) cans sirloin or ham hocks, cooked and cut into small
1 teaspoon herb honey seasoning
5 drops hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, blend shredded cheese, Worcestershire cream, eggs, mayonnaise, maple syrup, onion slices, garlic powder, salt and pepper sauce.
Knead the mixture into the greased pan. Pour cream mixture over bread mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm, or refrigerate 4 hours.
