1 (16 ounce) container lemon flavored Jell-O
1 (16 ounce) jar sour cream with onion
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon honey
6 fluid ounces apple cider
1 small orange, sliced in rounds
In a small bowl, mix together lemon gelatin, sour cream, poppy seeds, lemon juice, honey and cider. Fill bottles with juice. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
Shake lemon juice into apple cider in large bowl until completely dissolved. Pour into jars and shake vigorously. Cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
