great flavor additions along with garlic cloves tenders made this a hearty meal that I was able to manage on a few low carb diets. my husband loved it and he ate it all up...a great two pot meal ;) if I was motivated to lose a pound, probably 12 pancakes instead of 10, and I would likely still add raisins, graham crackers and/or breaded corn when it is in the recipe. great inexpensive recipe though and one worthy of repeat eating. thanks.
