2 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons fish oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons warm lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine, horseradish and garlic. Stir in lime juice, oil and orange juice. Mix slowly over a double boiler until the ingredients are completely twisted.
When the mixture is softened, stir in lemon juice and Italian seasoning.
Sprinkle the fish oil, orange juice, lemon juice and Italian seasoning over the mixture and serve immediately.
