1 1/2 pounds boneless pork chops
4 tablespoons vegetable oil or water
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 quart chicken bouillon
1 quart white wine
2 cups distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (9 ounce) can tomato paste with juice
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add onions and peppers, and cook until tender but still crisp.
Add all of the remaining ingredients except bouillon and vinegar; cook over medium heat until bouillon dissolves, about 10 minutes. Pour in vinegar and stir all together.
Add the chicken, tomato and white vinegar and continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Serve on burgers.
