1 8 ounce packages strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix the boiling water with the pudding mix. Mix until smooth and pour mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.
Place jelly beans in a glass or metal bowl. Fill jelly beans with the pudding mixture, then place in a separate glass or metal bowl. Pour milk over jelly beans to the top of the pie crust. Cover pie with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before removing from refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Pour the whipped cream into a small saucepan and slowly whisk in 1 cup of the melted butter and chocolate pudding mix. Beat until frothy. Pour remaining mixture over pie, covering completely.
Bake pie in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Cool, and serve immediately.
