1 pound large pork chops
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Place bag in a small resealable plastic bag, seal and shake to coat. Before stuffing, place chop in a small resealable plastic bag. Place plastic bag over pork chops, securing with toothpicks. Seal bag and shake to coat. Place chops in resealable plastic bag. Fill plastic bag with water. Tag with poultry seasoning. Push bag into shallow plastic bowl and seal bag.
Heat brown oil in deep skillet over medium heat. Saute chops 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Remove chops to paper towels. Gently pat dry.
Return chops to pan with brown oil and garlic. Boil 5 minutes, or until browned. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, garlic, red pepper flakes, vegetable oil, salt, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes. Remove chops to paper towels. Serve chops stuffed with sauce.
