2 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 (10 ounce) cans minced onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Zesty Old-Time Marinade
2 quarts Grill For Me Light Steak and Tenderloin
1 large onion, diced
1/3 cup celery salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon molasses
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
6 cups shredded lettuce
Preheat 20 pita pockets for grill use.
Beat together eggs, mayonnaise, butter, onion, mayonnaise and brown sugar. Mix in salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce (or Worcestershire sauce if you prefer).
Place pita pockets on grill. Cook for 1 hour in preheated 15 to 20 degree F (10 to 15 degree C) for 45 minutes total.
Once the pita pockets are hot, sprinkle with lettuce. Serve hot.
