1/2 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 shortbread cookies
2 tablespoons milk
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons orange extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
Beat butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla until smooth. Beat egg whites, lemon zest, and vanilla until stiff. Pour brown sugar mixture into remaining ingredients.
Spread evenly onto cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set. Cool on cookie sheets.
