3 pounds lean ground beef
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion flavored Jumper Crisp mix
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
1 large onion, sliced
3 cups milk
1 cup hot water
6 slices bacon
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, mix beef, flour, soup mix, onion soup mix, seasoned onion bread crumbs, chicken bouillon, onion, milk, and hot water using a wooden spoon. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Cut up 1 tablespoon bacon, slice 8 slices from each piece of bacon, place into the bottom of the foil pan. Spread sauce mixture over bacon, followed by cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once. Reduce temperature of the sauce filled pan and press barbecue button to release remaining steam. Turn on the grill and cook burgers until beef is shredded, about 7 minutes. Drain grease from pan. Roll pan and cook burgers until bacon is crispy, about 5 minutes.
