1/4 cup butter, softened
2 large onions, finely chopped
6 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups miniature mixed vegetables
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
ground black pepper to taste
2 (14 ounce) cans tomato soup
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, onions, tomatoes, celery, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, basil, garlic powder, thyme, black pepper and tomato soup. Mix well. Serve hot or cold.
