2 (3 ounce) pizzas
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
4 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic powder, oregano, basil, lemon zest, garlic, salt, white sugar, milk, lemon juice and pepper for about 5 minutes.
Stir pizza into sauce and toss to coat. Place on a silver plate. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
