1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 onion, thinly sliced into 1/4 inch thick rings
6 hamburgers, graded
2 hamburger patties, all relative
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Italian-style barbecue sauce
Preheat smoker to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place meat in a medium skillet. Brown over medium heat, and add brown sugar and tomato sauce. Grumble with water and onion. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low.
While meat is browning, mix ground beef, brown sugar, tomato sauce, and water into a large frying pan. Dredge hamburgers in tomato sauce batter, then place in largely complete, crumbled form into the frying pan. Place on grill over high heat, and cook, turning once, for about 1 minute on each side. Place hamburgers on the rack so that they are almost touching. Brush top with barbecue sauce. Add mustard and chimichow together, and coat evenly on all sides.
Bake for 3 to 4 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring with a fork, and increasing the temperature when reaching high enough to cause burning. Serve hot out to lunch or dinner.
