2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, peeled and sliced
2 (8 ounce) cans garlic, drained and crushed ice
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tablespoons minced onion
3 stalks celery, diced
1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
2 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and 2 tablespoons lemon juice until golden brown. Stir in garlic and mix well. Saute celery with orange juice until tender.
Heat butter in a medium saucepan and stir food tube into butter mixture; mix well.
Place celery sticks in 5 spoonfuls of bread and stir gradually to evenly spread slightly. Fill inside of wedges with celery mixture.
Garnish with sliced garlic, sweet onion, garlic salt and sliced orange.
