6 skinless, boneless pork tenderloin steaks
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian-style seasoning
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons paprika
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute pork for 5 minutes on each side or until browned; remove from pan.
Stir brown sugar, pepper, rosemary, basil and Italian-style seasoning into pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in onion powder, salt, paprika and salt. Return to a simmer; cook for 1 minute and stir in basil, garlic and rosemary. Reduce heat to low.
Cover pan and simmer for 1 hour. Add pork, pan juices, tomato sauce, olive oil, dried mushrooms, oregano, salt and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
